Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect:

• Name, email address, company name, project details, and message content you submit voluntarily through our contact or MVP calculator forms
• Newsletter email addresses when you subscribe
• Template purchase inquiries sent by email (mailto checkout) — we do not process card payments on this Site today
• Basic technical data that may appear in hosting or infrastructure logs (for example browser type, approximate request metadata)

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through this marketing site.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to project inquiries, MVP estimate reviews, and support requests
• Deliver newsletter updates when you have subscribed
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site
• Comply with legal obligations where applicable

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses essential cookies or similar storage only as needed for basic site functionality (for example session behaviour for the admin area). We do not currently load third-party analytics pixels or advertising trackers on this marketing site. Contact and calculator forms may emit lightweight first-party browser events to a dataLayer object if you later connect a tag manager; nothing is sent to an analytics vendor until such a tool is installed. If we add analytics tools later, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and how you can opt out where required by law.

How we store information

Form submissions (project leads, contact messages, MVP calculator leads, newsletter signups) are stored in Supabase, our form and database provider. The Site itself is statically hosted. Email correspondence uses our business inboxes at hello@codeles.codes and related Codeles addresses.

How long we keep information

Contact form submissions and email correspondence are retained only as long as needed to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, or meet legal and accounting requirements.

Sharing with service providers

We use trusted infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations — including static hosting, Supabase for form storage, and email delivery. We do not share your inquiry details for unrelated marketing by third parties.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions. To make a request, email us at hello@codeles.codes.

International visitors

If you contact us from outside Pakistan or the United Arab Emirates, your information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect it in line with this policy.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
