Refund Policy

This policy applies to Codeles digital templates and starter kits. Custom software development engagements follow the refund and payment terms in the signed contract for that project — not this page.
Digital products
Templates are digital goods delivered as source code and documentation. Because delivery is immediate or arranged by email after purchase, refunds are limited.
When we may refund
- You were charged twice for the same purchase
- We failed to deliver access after confirmed payment within a reasonable time
- The delivered package is materially different from the product description in a way we cannot remedy
When refunds are generally not available
- Change of mind after the Template files have been delivered
- Compatibility issues with your own stack after documented requirements were met
- Need for customization beyond what the Template includes
- Violation of the Template License
How to request a refund
Email hello@codeles.codes with your purchase details and reason. We aim to reply within two business days.
Payment processing
Template checkout on this Site is currently arranged by email unless a third-party checkout link is shown. Refund timing may depend on the payment method used.
