About this website

The Site is a statically hosted marketing and contact channel for our product engineering services and digital starter kits. It describes our capabilities, shipped products, and engagement models. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer until both parties sign a separate written agreement (for custom work) or complete a template purchase under the applicable license terms.

Work and templates

Case studies, template listings, and product screenshots on the Site describe work built and maintained by Codeles unless we state otherwise in writing. Pricing shown for templates and services is current at the time of publication and may change. Template purchases are currently arranged by email (mailto) unless a third-party checkout link is shown; see our Template License and Refund Policy.

Client engagements

Paid custom work is governed by a separate statement of work, master services agreement, or similar contract. If there is a conflict between these Site terms and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

For client projects, intellectual property ownership is defined in the signed contract. Unless a contract says otherwise, clients own deliverables created specifically for them after fees are paid.

Estimates and calculators

The MVP calculator and any cost or timeline ranges on the Site are planning estimates, not fixed quotes. A scoped proposal follows discovery.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or availability
• Scrape, copy, or republish Site content for commercial use without our permission
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Codeles
• Submit automated spam or misuse contact forms

Intellectual property

The Site's design, branding, text, graphics, and code are owned by Codeles or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or business evaluation purposes.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Pricing, timelines, and availability shown on the Site are estimates unless confirmed in a signed agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codeles will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites or social profiles. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Governing law

These Site terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws applicable to your location and to Codeles as a Pakistan-based entity operating internationally (including a UAE presence), without selecting a specific foreign jurisdiction by default. Dispute resolution details for paid engagements are set in the signed contract for that engagement.

Changes

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
